The most significant thing people need is not money, not achievements nor recognition either. The most significant thing people need is LOVE. We all need to love and be loved.
Unfortunately, sometimes we are so obsessed with other things that we forget how beautiful it is to love and be loved. And the only way we can do this is through relationships. Indian is predominantly known for diverse festivals. One among them is the divine celebration of Raksha Bandhan.
This not only denotes the biological bonding but also the love and duty between brothers and sisters. Many men and women promising this relationship for each other even if they are not biologically related Grabbing this opportunity our school management came up with the excellent thought of extending this relationship to those people who are temporarily deprived of because of their sheer commitments towards guarding the Nation within and on the borders.
Girls of 8th to 12th standard along with the teachers decided to go and celebrate this auspicious festival with the officers of the NCC battalion and the C-division police station – BHAVNAGAR.
The emotions were perceptibly seen on the faces of all the officers of all the three wings when these girls got united in a divine way with the tying of RAKHI followed by the bestowing of blessings and thanksgiving. Our students and the teachers were extended the opportunity to view the entire vicinity of the police station and also visit a few unlawful souls.
Special thanks to the Police Inspector Mr. M.N. Tadvi for his exceptional hospitality bestowed upon all the students and the teachers.
