Pani Puri Day Celebration By ICSE/ISC Little Once

Pani Puri day

We all know the importance of a balanced diet for good health. But eating right is challenging in our over-processed and fast-food world. Children love Panipuri, but eating healthy panipuri is more important. We celebrated Panipuri day in school with the aim to teach students that Pani puri is healthy when it is made of sooji or wheat flour in refined oil and is filled with sprouts, pomegranate, chopped tomatoes, onion, and coriander along with tamarind and dates chutney, and coriander chutney made at home.

The mint water used as filler in puris has to be freshly prepared by using RO water.  Secondly, it has to be eaten within the limit then only it does not cause any harm and it’s yummy to taste.
