Admission & Withdrawal
- Admission to school will be given on the basis of certain government rules as well as school rules. However, no application will be refused admission on the basis of religion, caste, creed or community. All rules regarding admission will have to be complied with council guidelines, before any admission can be complete. The principal or trustees reserve the right to refuse any application without giving any reason for this action
- No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parent or guardian in person with generally a week’s notice and after all dues have been paid. Fees are due as long as no notice of withdrawal has been given
- 3 day’s prior written notice is required before bonafide or official document to be issued from the school office
- Children seeking admission in Std 1 To 9 have to appear for an entrance test. Admission will be granted on clearance of the test. Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the following
- Admission form must be duly filled by the parents and submit on the given date by the school office
- Payment of the requisite fees
- Copy of the birth certificate attested by a Gazetted officer
- Copy of the progress report of the previous school
- Passport size photographs
- Original transfer certificate countersigned by the respective Educational Board (once admission is confirmed)
- If a student belongs to SC, ST or OBC then a caste certificate should be submitted at the time of admission
For Class 9th & 10th
- Students seeking admission to classes 9th and 10th from other council affiliated school are to observe guidance given by the school in accordance with the council’s rules and regulation from time to time
- No direct admission is given to the student to class 10th from Educational Board other than the CISCE Board, New Delhi (Council Affiliated School)
For Class 11th & 12th
- Candidates who have been awarded pass certificate in the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE 10th). Examination passing in five written subject including English are eligible for admission to class 11th of the ISC(12th) course for entry to the Indian School Certificate (ISC 12th) examination
