A Grand Welcome: Orientation Program for Grades 1–9
Amar Jyoti Saraswati International School, Bhavnagar, successfully hosted a three-day Parents’ Orientation Program 2026 for grades 1–9 under the theme “Meet, Explore, Begin!” The orientation was held at the school for the new academic session.
The program began with a visually engaging PowerPoint presentation showcasing the school’s ethos, facilities, and new initiatives. Parents greatly appreciated the clear explanations and interactive slides delivered by the Principal.
Key highlights included:
• Warm introductions to class and subject teachers, who shared insights into routines, curriculum, and holistic student support.
• A detailed overview of the school’s Code of Conduct, emphasizing integrity, respect, discipline, punctuality, uniform rules, and robust safety & health protocols.
• Introduction of the new Stay-Back Policy for extra academic help and supervised extracurricular sessions.
• An update to the Edusprit parent app with a live demo—enabling real-time tracking of attendance, homework, results, announcements, and direct teacher communication.
• Exciting announcement of the new Robotics & AI Lab, integrated into the curriculum for all grades, focusing on coding, robotics, and AI through hands-on learning.
• Sharing of the holiday list, important dates, school calendar, facilities, counseling, and support systems.
Parents were delighted with the well-organized session, praising the presentation.
They shared valuable suggestions, which the management welcomed positively.
